HEAD OF PRODUCTIONS

This is a critical role reporting to the CEO as the overall head of Secret Cinema’s productions. You will be responsible for the coordination of all on-going events, working closely with individual production teams and the Creative Director to delivery all Secret Group shows, and managing a growing team of producers.

You will have proven production experience in events, film, TV, theatre or performing arts. You should be motivated by delivering productions of the highest quality, on time and within budget. You will be a team player, used to working in a creative environment and have a good technical knowledge of theatrical productions.

HEAD OF MARKETING

This is a critical role as the overall head of Secret Cinema’s marketing. You will be responsible for optimising the marketing mix for this groundbreaking brand, and driving revenue generation for productions.

CREATIVE PRODUCER

This is a critical role reporting directly to the Creative Director and Founder. You will be responsible for developing a slate of productions for Secret Cinema’s pioneering immersive formats across film music, art, television and other areas.

You should have at least 3 years experience as a creative producer and at least 8 years working in a creative production team. Experience must include strong project management, presentation and communication skills and an ability to execute rapidly in an environment with demanding time frames. A strong international network across cultural and media fields is highly desirable.

FRONT END DEVELOPER

Secret Cinema is looking for a Front End Developer and Designer on a part-time basis to work with our in-house Back End Developer and the Creative Team to build immersive online worlds for our audience. Creating show-specific websites, optimising existing sites, and working across a range of projects within the company, the ideal candidate is open-minded, creative and has a passion for immersive media. The role is advertised at 3 days/week and will be London-based at the Secret Cinema head offices. Candidates must apply with a portfolio in order to be considered. 

Skills required: HTML5, CSS, JS / jQuery, Photoshop

Desirable: SASS / SCSS, Experience with Laravel / Blade frameworks, Basic understanding of React.js, PHP

JUNIOR/MID-WEIGHT GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Secret Cinema is looking for a Junior-Midweight graphic designer to work closely with the art & design department and to realise the vision of the creative. The candidate’s roles will include set, marketing and merchandise design and should have expertise across the whole Adobe creative suite. You will be part of a fast-growing young team and one of the most exciting production companies in the world.
